What do you do when you are washing dishes and look out to see this?
Yes, that is Tanner sitting so forelorn on the trampoline. I put the dishes down and went and jumped until our feet were hot. Good times!!!!! So what do you do with all those apples? You fret for 3 or 4 days and then hear from the High Priest leader that you need to bring a dessert to the social on Saturday. So you fret some more trying to think of what dessert you can make that is easy to eat and uses apples. You finally wake up on Saturday morning with the bright idea to look at Cathy Gilmore's food blog and type apple in and see what she has going on. And you end up with this tasty treat. I was even creative and took the apple filling from one recipe and the pie crust from another recipe and made them tiny so people could just grab one or two or five....I had to taste each batch to make sure they were good. LOL I LOVE YOU CATHY AND YOUR CREATIVITY, can't wait to see you in a few days.
And just so you can see, I am VERY excited for his first birthday to see what he does with the cake. YUM this was an oreo cookie, yes, just one....now can you imagine a WHOLE CHOCOLATE CAKE!!!!! Can you say Happy Boy!!!!

I had to put the chair out after the ding dong and scrub it... we had choco in the folds... ugh... I hope we can put a large towel under him in November to catch the goodies and I will leave Rusty home so he won't lick up the tempting morsels Bennett drops just for him... He loves that puppy so.
