Warning Movers!!!

So, you might noctice that I have different lists on the side of my blog. One being my ward. This is because there are so many people in my ward that have blogs, I can't keep up. I don't even have most of them on there, ugh!!!! So today I was checking out a blog of a person that has moved out and thought, "Man, I need to update that!" Well, as you all know with lists you have to "remove" not copy paste the link to another one. Well, in my excitement I removed all the move outs and then remembered I needed to add them to my "friends". Needless to say they didn't all make it. I basically went to another blog and grabbed the one name I really wanted (can't miss out on Toni's cute fam and creativity.) Well, the rest got dumped. So there you have it, if you move out you might get dumped. You might find yourself on the friend list, but don't count on it, I'm pretty lazy. LOL Luck has it the friend list is pretty set and family is too, so you guys don't need to fret.

With that said I have a funny short story. Yesterday my Mom was over and Matt was snuggling with her. He finally turned his head to look at her and said, "Grandma, will you buy me a pizza?" My Mom can never say no. She tried to figure out if we coudl get it at Papa Murphy's, but he wanted the cooked pizza. Even Mom's yummy homemade pizza wouldn't work. So my Mom put him in the car and he proudly pointed to Little Caesars (gag spew yuck) and said, "That pizza store Grandma." My mom then tells the rest. He gets out goes up to the lady at the counter and says, "Cheese pizza please." He then turns to my Mom and says, "You got the money Grandma?" He paid for his pizza and proudly carried it into the house. We heard about it ALL nigtht. Especially when we drove over to the church for tithing settlement. He had to point out the store and tell us HE bought pizza. Also, Tanner, Ady and Matt ate the WHOLE THING. Nothing but crust was left for Davis, Bennett and I. SWEET!!! I told Davis we can buy the yuck for them and get good stuff for us from now on.

Merry Christmas

Wild and crazy Christmas. We had a crazy fun Christmas this year. Wednesday was the last day of school for Tanner and an early day. I've been watching my neighbors kids after school for a while now and with it being an early day I was a bit nervous knowing I had them for a good 4-5 hours. I had this wood gingerbread house as a youth (got it in young womens nearly 20 yrs ago) Well, I've been wanting to make some for my kids, but never got around to it. This year I was determined but couldn't find mine....ugh! So I called my old young woman leader and asked her if she had a template. She should do much better than a template and gave me 4, one for each kid...SCORE!!!! So I had the kids (neighbors too) help make gingerbread houses. These are wood, so they just go together like a 3d puzzle and you decorate....very nice. Here are Ady's and Matt's. I let the neighbors take one home and figure we'll just make some next year. I wanted to give these to my nieces and nephews this year, but didn't...oh well.

Christmas Eve we had my parents and the Warner's over. It was good food, fun and lots of laughs. My parents gave the kids a Wii for Christmas so we got to play. The kids really enjoy it (when Mom and Dad will let them have a turn. LOL)
Ady was especially excited this year. She begged me to decorate everything, we even put lights up outside and she made sure she turned them on the second it was dark enough. Sorry no pictures, I am taking them down today (hopefully, if not I'll try to take a picture tonight.)

Christmas morning Ady and Matt ran downstairs and then upstairs to tell us Santa had come. We tried to get them to watch tv in the toyroom and not wake Bennett and Tanner, but they must've heard, "Wake Tanner and Bennett," because that's what they did. Oh well, it was a rough night, we finally got to bed before midnight to have Bennett wake up. Then again at 2 (he hasn't been feeling well.) Then Matt was up at 4 not feeling well...sigh. Ady and Matt were up at 6:30 to begin the day (merry christmas to US!) They got the stockings (ohh, I need to take pictures of the stockings my mother in law made. She makes them for all the kids, but I got her to do one for me and Davis...lucky!!!!)
Matt was happy to get his bakugan.

My Christmas girl. Man this girl got into it this year.

Ah, Bennett. I gave him a toy out of his stocking and somehow a kit kat was on it....He threw the toy and stuffed the kit kat in his mouth, wrapper and all. I finally fished it out and upwrapped it, amungst many screams and tears. He then went to his stocking and found more chocolate and peanut butter crackers, FOOD, his favorite things. He refused to open any toys, just wanted to eat.

Hmmm, no pictures of Tanner, oh well. After presents Mom went to make donuts (with Ady's "help" of-course) This is a new thing I've wanted to try to make a tradition....hmm, probably not going to happen, they were very time conuming and hard. But YUMMY!!!! Davis made egg/cheese/ham muffins.

After breakfast we got dressed, played and then we were off to the surprise present. We dropped Bennett at my Mom's and took the kids to see the new Alvin and the Chipmunks movie. They really liked it and we were surprised how well they did. Maybe a new tradition. After that we went home and spent the rest of the day there. I even got a nap!!!!
No pictures, just a report. The day after Christmas we went to Davis' sister's for dinner, presents and fun. It was awesome. We played the Wii and had some really good laughs.
Sunday was Scott's farewell, and we heard that Trevor flew out this morning to Texas. WOW!!!

Christmas-Tanner 3rd grade

Tanner has had a million projects this year. I forgot to take pictures of his teepee, indian mask and I'm sure there are more I forgot...oh well. Tanner also joined the choir this year. He loves to sing and has been singing these songs around the house for months. It was fun to go see him sing and to have all his grandparents there.

The whole Choir
Some pictures of his good friends Decatur and Carson.

The Warner's Alyssa go to come but Grandpa had to work. And I hear Darcee was bummed Mom wouldn't get her out of school. Sorry sista!

The Rasmussen's

Strong's

Tanner also made a Christmas tree for the 3rd grade festival of trees. He also did a Christmas around the world project on Denmark, no picture sorry.

Merry Christmas!!! I am so excited to go off track!!!! 3rd grade has sooooo much WORK!!!!!

Christmas Project

So I got a great idea to make some fun things for Christmas. Thank goodness my mom was a good sport. She helped me make these cute balck apple dolls.

We also made this pillowcase dress for Ady. It's not out of a pillowcase I bought I just made one because I loved this material and I wanted it to match the doll. I told her it was for her cousin and she was so bummed. My Mom said we would make her one after Christmas.

And of-course Matt needed one. But he told me it had to be a boy one. UGH!!! So here he is without a face....
Diego, rescue pack and all. Now Tanner said last night he wants an animal. Hmmm, nope. LOL I told him to talk to me after Christmas. I have another HUGE project I am working on and it won't be done by Christmas, but I hope it'll be close.

Lights at Temple Square

Okay I uploaded the pictures wrong, so deal with it.
Last week Davis went to Temple Square with the youth on Tuesday and I had scheduled with some friends to go on Thursday....he wasn't thrilled. Especially since he missed his ward basketball game. Most of these pictures aren't great, but we aren't going again this year. Hahaha

US

Huntsmans
The kids were super excited to ride traxs.
Here's Ady and her friend "M".

Erica and Matthew

Bennett was there and nearly froze to death. This boy is awful he refuses to wear socks, gloves hats, blankets. UGH!!!!

The Cute girls

Sibling love, can you tell this was forced...LOL, they were cute and hugged but of course I didn't get it and made them do it again.

Random Pictures

I am finally getting to the pictures on my camera. Oh boy!! There are only a few random ones and the rest I'll put in a real post. So one day I gave Bennett a pudding cup. He loved it!!! I am usually not one for messes, but I thought it owuld be fun. I stripped him to a diaper and gave him a bath after. He truly was in heaven.

Last randomness...in 3rd grade Tanner's class made these really cute Haunted Houses. He had lots of fun, but was disappointed because they displayed them for the school too see and the kids stole most of his stuff. He had skeletons, rats, bats, spiders and such on it. Man, what a lame thing that something like this can happen in an elementary school. He also had his scooter stolen at school so he doesn't get a new one. If we get him one he can't take it to school. LAME!!!!

Happy Thanksgiving...gobble gobble

I won't go into a lot of info on Thanksgiving, but we went to my Aunt's in the morning. SO MUCH FUN!!!!! and then to Davis' Grandparents in the evening. It was a fun long day and I am glad it is over. Well, in the joy of the season, here is Bennett in the traditional turkey costume Davis' mom made. I have pictures of Tanner in it and Ady in it and now Bennet. For some reason Matthew failed to get in it or have pictures done. Oh well.

Warner Girls

I just love how these turned out. I still need to get prints, but I wanted to share my cute sisters with my kiddos. As most of you know I have an "adopted" family. Basically this family couldn't have kids and I was a troubled teenager. So they let me watch their brand new baby girl and then the next cute girl and then they "adopted" me as an honorary member of the family. I love them very much and they have helped me in more ways then they will ever know. So here is Ady, our adopted angel.Being silly with Alyssa and Darcee. Alyssa is the oldest and she is holding Ady. Darcee is only about 18 months younger holding Matt.
The girls. Ady loves her Aunts VERY MUCH!!!!
The boys with the Aunts. Look at the cute smile on Bennett.
Group picture. Alyssa is in college and Darcee is a senior. We have had fun going to Darcee's choir performances and she was recently in the school play. She did awesome, she sure is talented.

Happy Birthday Bennett!!!

In other notes. Bennett turned one on November 14. He is such a cutie pie and so much fun. Just a few pictures. The adorable cake my sister in law McKell made. I wasn't sure what to do, but we found this dino while we were in Wendover and Bennett fell in love. It's his new lovey. So I sent a picture of it to her from my phone...isn't she talented?!?!?!
We had chili...Bennett's favorite food right now.
Cake boy. Bennett LOVES LOVES LOVES ding dongs, so McKell made him a chocolate cake. At one point he flipped it over (didn't love the frosting) and started pushing his fingers through it trying to find the cream filling. It was sooooo funny!!!!! And messy.
But oh so happy!!!!!
Happy Birthday little man. You have been such a joy. I love your snuggles and when you sign please and more. You love Mommy the most but will hang out with Dad if he has food...especially popsicles.

Send Healthy Vibes

So you notice that I was really good at posting until about Halloween. Well on Halloween Tanner got really sick. Since then everyone in the family has taken turns getting sick....between the really bad cold/flu and the throwing up, my life has been chaotic. Add to that the fact that my laptop is being ornery again and the only computer I can get on is Davis work computer...and he works from home. Well, that is a recipe for no blogging. So, today instead of folding the much needed laundry (okay I will do that after.)

Don't mind my forgetfulness, but I seriously can't remember most of the last month. So here are the Halloween pictures. As you know I said Tanner was sick. Well I went to help out in his class party and after it was done (it was lunch time) he said his throat hurt. School only had about an hour and a half left so I told him to buck it up....LOL He came home and seriously within minutes of being home, was flat on the couch barely able to breathe. Lucky for me we still have tons of meds for his nebulizer, so we started treatments and ran to Walmart for over the counter stuff. Well, we had plans to do dinner with friends, so I sent Davis with Ady and Matt and stayed with Tanner and Bennett. After dinner, he begged to go trick or treating, so this shot is them getting out of the car to go.
Bennett and I headed over to Carrie's and we passed out candy. I wasn't there more than 10 minutes when Davis called and said Tanner went to 3 houses and was DONE. So he walked him to the Sweet's and I took him home. He was so sad he wouldn't get candy and I told him I would go buy him whatever candy he wanted. Here is a picture of Bennett at Carrie's. He was a monkey.
The next day I made them dressup and go to the Grandmas houses. Bennett's lame costume broke so he wore this...which Grandma was happy with. Davis' Mom made this for Tanner for is 1st Halloween. We laughed because Bennett's the first one that could walk in it.

Matt had to be Ben 10 Alien Force. This was a nightmare, I couldn't find any costumes except online so I thought I would make it...well, short story shorter, I decided to buy it online and it was crappy so my Mom and I fixed it up to be halfway decent. He loved it and that's all that matters, but next year, he doesn't get to choose. Mom gets to do whatever she wants (yes I say this every year, but it never works.)
She might not be happy with me for this picture (sorry Chaundelle) but this is my Relief Society President and her son Luke. He is just a bit older than Bennett and had to have surgery to fix his noggin. He's done great but she kept debating about what to make him....she wanted to stay away from the typical football player and such. I thought this turned out AWESOME, he is the cutest gumball machine I have ever seen.
I also LOVED this, this is Nathan and Austin Wells. I think it's awesome he dressed up. MAybe one year I'll get Davis to dress up.
To finish this post, Tanner planted these lima beans at school. Lazy mom that I am I never threw it away, I just kept it in the windowsill and gave it water when I could. Well it just got bigger and bigger....I finally decided to toss it but I noticed something on it.
It's a pod a big pod too. It had 4 of these. Cute huh!!! Well, we picked it, the kids tasted it and yes it got tossed. BUH BYE!!!! We are now collecting our 2-liter bottles to plant peas in the spring-ish.
