2-4-Family camp with the Harrington Cousins!! This was awesome, we had so much fun with my cousins. The kids loved all of the activities. Bennett made a new friend....I always love when cousins become friends. Bennett asks when he gets to see London again and it's sad to say I don't know. The highlights of this trip for me was all the talking. I got to talk to my baby cousin Bree, who is expecting her first baby (okay Krew is here now, but only because it's September!!! LOL) It was great to talk to her. I especially loved the talks with my cousin Trish. It was MUCH needed. She really helped me open my eyes a bit and heart. She suggested a book and I am trying to read it. It's been tough, I probably need to call her soon. I also loved talking with Kristy and Aunt Louise. I got to see my cousin MaryAnn and her cute family. I don't even remember the last time I saw her, sigh. We met new friends and just had a great time. I love my Harrington cousins and feel so blessed to have them in my life.
6-Splash pad and lunch with Asialene. This was a much needed talk too. I love this girl. The Smith's hold a special place in our hearts. They are the friends that no matter how long it's been you can get together and feel like you saw them yesterday and your relationship is still as strong as ever. The friends that you would go to the other side of the country to visit even though you hadn't known them long. And the ones you hope to go visit in Brazil....wink wink! I got side tracked....let's just say we talked and talked and talked. Neither of us wanted to part. It was sad when we had to say good bye. But we have been better about email and hopefully we can get the timezone down and talk on the phone once in awhile. Davis and I also went to the temple. It was an interesting experience and not one I will mention here. 8-Tanner turns "11" We didn't do a ton more than the basic "favorite dinner" and cake on his real birthday, but he got to go to a Blaze game with his Dad and friend Carson (and Carson's Dad Sam) I heard it was great and he was super happy. He also got a new bike from my parents.
12-Girls Camp bishopric night! One of my favorite nights of the year. It did not disappoint. The food was fun, the company fantastic and the fact that I was clean and not sleep deprived....priceless!
20- Dinner with the Kords and their families. It was wonderful. Megan did a great job!!! So nive to have such great friends. We need to do this more often. 21-Ward breakfast.....always good. Can't wask for a better ward. 24-Holiday
25-Tanner starts 6th grade, Ady 2nd grade and Matt 1st grade
29-5th Sunday dinner with the Blomquist side
I know we hit seven peaks a few times but I seriously can't remember everything.
