"Our Missionary"
Trevor returned to his Father in Heaven Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011 while faithfully serving as a missionary for the LDS church. Trevor was born in American Fork, UT, on April 5, 1990 to his parents, Gordon D. and Deborah K. Strong.
Trevor graduated from Kearns High School, where he was active in soccer and basketball. He was called to serve in the McAllen, TX, Spanish speaking mission October 2009, where he faithfully served for 2 years.
Trevor and his twin brother, Scott, were inseparable and will always be best friends. He was very well known for his height and his big smile. Trevor was a hard worker and loved to serve others. He loved children and was a wonderful uncle to his nieces and nephews. Always with a smile on his face, he was uplifting and had an amazing sense of humor. Trevor was a quiet leader and led by example. He was excited to serve as a missionary and loved the people he served so much he decided to extend beyond his release date. He was loved and will be missed by the countless people whose lives he touched.
Trevor is survived by his parents; grandparents, Eben and Barbara Blomquist, and Lorraine Strong; siblings, Davis (Holly) Strong, Kiersti (Bryan) Kinyon, Andrew (Heidi) Strong, Jeffrey Strong, McKell Strong, and Scott Strong; and 11 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronald D. Strong; and niece, Addison Strong.
