HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

last post for now...make sure you scroll and see all of them. Yesterday was Mother's Day and it was a wonderful day. Davis woke up early and made breakfast. He was bummed he had to leave for church by 8, so he apologized for not doing more, but it was great. The kids did a good job at church....Matthew did sing "twinkle twinkle" at the top of his lungs (embarrassing) and poor Ady would not leave Parker alone....guess we won't sit by the Sweet's again.

After church I gave the kids breakfast and put them down for a nap, which meant I got a nap! :) The kids all gave me cute cards they made and they were so fun! my parents came over for to watch the kids so we could go meet Logan Fielding Adams (sorry I didn't take pictures, but trust me he's CUTE!) After we got home Davis grilled hamburgers and we had dinner. I was happy not to have to do much! I did make this yummy pie (thanks for the recipe Amy.) It really was good. I made a few adjustments and might do more next time. We have tons left and no idea what to do with it, it's rich so you can't eat a ton.

All in all a GREAT DAY!!!!!
