Baby Loves

Warren is the first baby my kids have been big enough to enjoy. At first Bennett wouldn't even look at Warren or me if I had the baby. Soon he would get closer and closer to Warren, even sitting on the same couch. :) Yesterday he came into my room in the morning and gave Warren a kiss. It was super surprising and cute. So today when Matt asked to hold Warren, Bennett wanted a turn too. I really think these two are going to be good friends.


Ady would hold Warren 24/7 if I let her. She loves this little guy. Was a bit disappointed not to get a sister, but loves him just the same. She is the perfect big sister right now.


"Whassup! Four siblings to hold me, how will I survive?"


Matt....he is just starting to warm up to Warren. He loves him but he's Matt, someone else gets Mom's attention and he's not always thrilled about that. He does ask to hold him occasionally but for only a few minutes. He's usually pretty ready to give him back to Ady.

And of-course Tanner is at school, but he's only held Warren 2 times and one was because Bennett was trapped in the recliner and I had to rescue him. Don't get me wrong, he loves him, but he just doesn't want to hold him. He comes and says good morning to him each morning, good night before bed and says "hi" to him when he gets home from school. He's just "too big" for babies. :) LOL

Davis and I love to snuggle with Warren. I spend many hours on the couch just snuggling, knowing there are a million things I should do, but don't care. Davis snuggles with him as soon as he gets home but usually for only a little while, since Bennett is such a Daddy's boy and so far won't sit with anyone holding Warren. I'm hoping the day will come when Davis can snuggle with both.
