This is another difference in my kids. Matthew hates being changed. He'll wear the same thing over and over again. If we attempt to change him he screams (unless of-course he is getting ready to take a bath or shower...he then can't get them off fast enough.) The only exception is if he gets wet. He does not like to be wet. I think a small part of this is Davis' fault. Occasionally I'll pick the kids up from daycare on Monday and they'll be wearing what they wore on Sunday...meaning...no jammies Sunday night, no change of anything but a diaper Monday morning....thus feeding Matthew's clothes problem. I also notice on Tuesday, they will occasionally be wearing the jammies I put on Monday night. LOL But generally on Wednesday Dad is forced to put them in clean clothes!!! LOL Ady when she is home will generally change 1 to 2 times a day....yes she is a girl!!!! Tanner is a bit boyish like Matthew and thinks things can be worn over and over again, EVEN if he takes them off for the night. A few weeks ago (or so, can't remember) Tanner and I had a conversation that went a bit like this. Mom, "Tanner, did you change your underwear this morning?" Tanner, "No!" (M) "Will you please remember to change your underwear this morning." (T) "Why? I've worn them since Monday and they seem just fine. I didn't pee pee in them." (this will be Thursday....ewww!!!!) I then explain to him that underwear (even if it doesn't seem dirty) needs to be changed daily!!! BOYS!?!?! So this brings me to this morning. Davis had to go to work early and I was in charge of getting the kids off to school and daycare. Since Tanner is nearly 7, I generally have no need to help him. Well, as I open the car door to let him out at school I notice a huge stain on his pants. (M) "Tanner, there's a stain on your pants." (T-rolling eyes and sighing as if to say, "you are so dumb sometimes Mom") "It's from the ketchup and mustard last night MOM!" I nearly slammed my palm into my forehead with a "DOH!" I instead smiled and said, "Have a nice day!!!!" I guess we will have a small conversation tonight about wearing dirty clothes. BOYS!?!?!?! I seriously do not understand them!!!!!!!
As for pictures. I have plenty of random ones on my camera. I keep forgetting to down load them. I will try to do that this weekend. Also, say a little prayer for me. I will be attempting to potty train both Ady and Matthew starting Thursday morning. *sigh* I just need to buck up and do it!!!!! I will try to post my saga Thursday night and I'm sure Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. I then hope all is well for daycare on Monday. I have a packet that says they can be potty trained in 3 days! hmmmm!!! We'll see!

I LOVE this posting! My boys are good about changing every day, but sometimes I don't really SEE what Carson is wearing until he's walking up to the school and then I'm like "Oh crap, those greens don't really match...or, that shirt has a big rip in it...or, dang, his pants are on backwards!!!"
The time to really make them change is when they are in the bath. Run in and snatch them...(don't peek!!) and run out and put them in the washer... I had 4 boys and they all had those days when the same clothes worked for them and not for me...
It's really scarey when they take longer in the bathroom in front of the mirror than the girls!!! And that means they are teens :)
So, enjoy the dirty things for awhile. It's almost summer and then out of school. Soon to be dirty and in dirty clothes... UGH
BOYS!!!
They make such great men and dads tho...
Love, Mom
