Happy Birthday Adalou!

Well it't time to celebrate the BIG 3!!! Adylin turned 3 on Sunday. I secretly hoped she would wake up and no longer be the whiny, cryee, screamee 2 year old that she once was. But alas, I was disappointed. LOL I also secretly hoped that by turning 3 she would be automatically potty trained. Oh well, on to the party. The only pictures I took were of the cupcake tower. Tanner was kind enough to take pictures for me.
For at least a month before her party, she told me that she wanted cupcakes for her birthday. Since the theme was Strawberry Shortcake, I make white cupcakes with whipped cream and a strawberry on top for the kids and just a basic angel food cake deal for everyone else. It was a hit and very tasty.

Ady got 4 baby dolls, 2 books and an all in one baby "heaven". It has a doll pack n play, carseat, swing, highchair and stroller. It was cool! Two of her dolls were cabbage patch! There was an Anne Geddes tiger/doll and a strawberry shortcake doll. Ady was in heaven. Poor Matthew cried and cried because HE wanted the dolly AND the stroller.
Okay, this is a funny picture. This is Davis sister Kiersti. She was sitting there talking to everyone as she took all the dolls out of the packaging (you are awesome!) She then dressed this doll and combed her hair. It was funny! Especially when her Mom said, "That is the longest I've ever seen you play with a doll!" Ahhhh, the joys of being an adult.
Now it's Lauren's turn to play....this is her daughter.
