Ady picked out kites for the kids a few weeks back, but Davis put them in the hall closet and we forgot about them. The other day we decided to go to the park and I noticed it was very windy, so I suggested we get the kites out. Ady had picked out a very cute NEMO one for Matthew, a DORA one for her and a SPIDERMAN for Tanner. Unfortunately Ady's was missing some pieces, so we could only use Matthew's and Tanner's. She was VERY bummed about this. I told her we'd take her Dora back, but I haven't been able to find another DORA one. SO SAD!
Tanner kept getting his kite tangled and nose diving it!!! Gotta learn right!?!?
We let Matthew hold his kite and he let go. It flew over the house and into the back yard!
So, kites are fun, these were a whole DOLLAR, such an inexpensive thing to do. I was FREEZING in the end, but it was fun.

I haven't flown a kite in forever! So fun!
We bought a kite about a month ago and I kind of forgot about it. We will have to go flying kites together sometime soon.
