Christmas Pajamas

I also bought the kids matching Christmas pajamas. I think they turned out pretty cute.

Too bad I couldn't get the kids to sit nicely and smile. LOL

Just a few more shots of the kids. Ady and Matthew fought over the zebra. The only good thing, Ady had her horse to play with. :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Christmas morning!!!! Yes, we got a tree up. I put it up yesterday after church. :) I didn't decorate it, oh well. We were busy having fun with my parents on Christmas eve.

Here's the bouncing zebra we got Adylin and Matthew. A rocking horse my parents got Ady.

Tanner's new basketball hoop. YES, Davis was up until midnight putting toys together :) Thanks hun!

Tanner as he came downstairs....he just saw the basketball hoop.

Ady coming down with Davis. The kids slept in until 7:30, so we were able to shower and get ready before coming down. YAY!!! my kind of Christmas.

Tanner got an MP3 player. He was soo excited, but the first words out of his mouth after this picture were, "COOOL, what is it?!?!"

Adylin on her new zebra.

Matthew on Adylin's new zebra.

Davis helping the kids open a present.

My favorite picture. Davis has a guy he works with that bought two fuel powered remote control cars. I guess they're high tech and can go up to 60 miles an hour. Davis really wanted one and he kept asking me if he could buy one off his friend. I knew this guy well, so I bought it for Davis for Christmas. Our limit was only $50, so I over spent my budget on one present....but I figured, he was planning on buying it anyway. I told his friend to tell him that he sold it to someone else (if Davis asked.) Well, a few days before Christmas, Davis was at Sams Club with this same friend. He called me telling me he'd found a PlayStation3 there for a good price. He really wanted it, so I said, "Whatever, you can get it if you want." I was a little bummed since I'd all ready spent a lot on this car, but I knew he wanted the PS3...oh well. Well, he figured that since he was getting the PS3, he couldn't have the car, so he told his friend he probably wasn't going to be buying it. His friend fed him the "I all ready sold it" line and Davis was happy about that.

SO, unexpected, Davis opened it up Christmas morning. I love his face.

A Christmas Carol!!!

On Friday, December 22....Davis and I took Tanner to Hale Center Theatre to see "A Christmas Carol". It was a WONDERFUL play (as always.) Tanner enjoyed it, but I think his favorite part..... the starbursts Davis snuck in. He did like the "ghosts" and the little kids in it. He thought it was pretty cool. Here's a picture of Tanner looking at the playbill waiting for it to start.

After the play we took Tanner out to eat at Chili's. It was perfect because he had a gift card for a free meal, from the Reflections contest. :)

The play definitely helped bring the holiday spirit into my heart. I truly enjoyed it.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS

We took some pictures of the kids for our Christmas card today. It was COLD but fun. Luckily I got a few decent ones before Adylin pushed Matthew off the sled and into the snow. We haven't done much for Christmas yet. I still haven't put a tree up....oops. Well, maybe in the next little while I'll get it taken care of. I've bought a few presents, so at least the kids will SOMETHING!!! hahaha I can't believe it's coming so fast.

GOBBLE!!! GOBBLE!!! GOBBLE!!!

Well, this year Adylin fit into the turkey costume Deb (davis' mom) made for Tanner his second Thanksgiving. I thought it turned out so cute! I wanted to put Matthew in it also, but he was cranky due to shots.

More pictures

Just before we went to California, I went to Wendy Paul's house for a Holiday Boutique. She asked me to bring Modbe (my cousins business.) I had to get everything ready, so I was going through everything I had. Ady had a blast putting everything she could on. It was pretty cute!

Miscellaneous Pictures

The other day I went upstairs and found Ady and Matthew playing together. I think Ady wanted a sister...what do you think? I was just proud of her for matching his outfit. LOL

We went to my parents house and my Mom has a keyboard the kids love to play with. Matthew was rocking away at the keyboard and it lulled him to sleep. It was pretty funny. When my Mom pickred him up he had key prints on his face.

Just a few more from the beach

Just a few more from the beach. I love this one of Ady. She was in a pavillion next to some sand volleyball....I guess she got herself a ball.

My Dad was helping out with Ady. Thanks Poppie!

The best part of the beach!

The best part of the beach....we were getting ready to go and I noticed something shiny in the seaweed. Davis was collecting stuff with Tanner and I walked over and drug it in.

It was a sand shark. :)

Tanner ran up to tell Poppie and Grandma that Mom caught a shark, but no one believed him until we showed them.

I love the look on Tanner's face.

Me being silly!!!

I got tired of holding it so I put it in the dirt to take a few more pictures.

Ady wanted to touch the shark.

OUR VACATION

We just got back from Southern California. It was fun and warm.
I only took pictures while we were at the beach. BUT, I should've taken pictures of the make shift beds :) We got to the hotel and they informed us they didn't have cribs or anthing for the babies. (I was mad because when I made the the reservations I was undert he impression they had some.) SO, the first night we just put Ady on the floor and Matthew in bed with us. It was a HORRIBLE night. Ady or Matthew would wake up every hour crying and the other would wake because the other was crying. We ended up with both babies in bed with us and VERY little sleep. To makwe matters worse, Davis hadn't slept in 2 days. The last time he slept was Tuesday night. Wednesday night he decided to stay up and work and since we were leaving at 3 am, he didn't get to sleep. SO, he drove the first stretch until he needed to sleep and then I drove. He only got about an hour of in the car sleep (UGH) and then was up. He was hoping to be able to sleep that night, but with the bed situation there was no sleep then either. The second day we were there, my Mom and I went to Wal-Mart and bought two baby gates. In the room, there was a small closet about 2 ft by 2 ft so we made a bed out of pillows and blankets and kept them in with the gate. We did this in our room and my parents room. Ady and Tanner slept with my parents and we had Matthew. The last two nights were MUCH better.

Well, the wedding went well and we had fun seeing Uncle Derek and Aunt Cindy. Our favorite part was the beach. Here are a few pictures.

Ady in the beginning. She didn't really like the texture of the sand and she HATED the water. Notice the second picture.

Davis had both kids in the water, letting them get their feet wet. Can you guess who didn't like it?

Mom and Matthew. Matthew LOVED the sand and the water.

Matthew with Poppie.

Davis and Matthew.

Tanner LOVED the beach. He dug in the sand. Played in the water. Ran from the waves. You know, all the fun beach things.

Too Cute! You can't tell, but Matthew is on the other arm
